Commonly referred to as special or extraordinary expenses

These are additional costs that go beyond basic child support amounts. They can include expenses related to the child’s education, extracurricular activities, medical and dental care not covered by insurance, and other necessary expenditures that are agreed upon by both parents or ordered by the court.
