- You want to create trusts (except for trusts that leave assets to minor children).
- You are planning for a dependant with a disability (e.g., an adult child who needs income support from the Ontario Disability Program – ODSP).
- You want to disinherit a legal spouse or dependent child.
- You seek tax minimization strategies, such as dual wills and estate freezes.
- You want to deal with intellectual property, such as patents, trade secrets or trademarks.
- You want to deal with property outside of Ontario or abroad.
