Virtual Witnessing Services
How do our virtual witnessing services work?
- Book an appointment with us.
- Upload your Will/POA and government-issued photo ID.
- Print your Will/POA and connect with a notary via an online video call.
- Physically sign your Will/POA with a pen (wet ink). The notary (lawyer or paralegal) and the second provided witness will also physically sign their respective counterpart copies.
- Toward the end of your appointment, you will be invoiced for the total cost of the services provided.
- Send your original signed documents back to us, and we will complete the affidavit of execution for your Will and the notarial certificate for your powers of attorney.
- Finally, we’ll return (via mail or courier) the completed documents to you.
